Information submitted through our demo form (name, title, email, company). Base also stores patient information on behalf of dental practices, who remain responsible for it.

To respond to demo requests and provide the Base service. Practices use Base to send appointment reminders and account notices to their patients.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier), and only for that purpose. See our SMS Terms.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in Canada (central).

You can request access to or correction of your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@basedentalsoftware.com. Base follows PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
